Quotes and proposals provided by MedicalShielding.ai are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on final site assessment and project specifications.

The scope of work for each project will be defined in a written contract. Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Standard terms may include a deposit upon project commencement
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges

5. Warranties

MedicalShielding.ai provides warranties on workmanship and materials as follows:

• Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on installation quality
• Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used
• RF Shielding Performance: Attenuation specifications guaranteed upon certified testing
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or third-party work

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MedicalShielding.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Technical documentation, designs, and specifications provided to clients are for the client's use on the specific project only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for other purposes without written consent.

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date

• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or project agreements shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
